Martin B. Klenda

Martin B. Klenda

M.D. - General Surgeon

Martin B. Klenda, M.D. attended Stritch School of Medicine-Loyola University from 1959 to 1963. He completed his Internship at St. Francis Hospital, Wichita, Ks. in 1964 and his Residency, also at St. Francis Hospital, Wichita, Ks. in 1966. Dr. Klenda then enlisted in the US Airforce. Upon his discharge from the Airforce in 1968, Dr. Klenda joined the  practice of H.L. Collins, M.D. and R. A. Dobratz, M.D. These three physicians formed the Beloit Medical Center, P.A. in 1971.

Dr. Klenda is a member of the Kansas Medical Society and is a lifetime member of the American Academy of Family Practice and board certified in the American Society of Abdominal Surgery. Dr. Klenda is also an affiliate member of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Klenda and his wife, Frances have four grown children: Marty, Blaise, Gretchen and Kathy.

Craig A. Concannon

Craig A. Concannon, M.D., FACP, graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita, Kansas in 1984. He then completed his residency in Internal Medicine at University of Kansas Affiliated Hospitals-Wichita, Ks. in 1987. On May 1, 1987, Dr. Concannon joined the staff of Beloit Medical Center, P.A.

He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and a Fellow in the American College of Physicians. Dr. Concannon has previously served as President of the Kansas Medical Society (KMS) and remains actively involved with KMS. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of KaMMCO, the Kansas Hospital Association and the Kansas Healthcare Collaborative. He also serves on the governor appointed Kansas Advisory Council on Trauma. Dr. Concannon and his wife, Susan, have three children, Jessica Loveless & husband, Nathan, Kelsy Harris & husband, Larry, twin grandsons, Carter & Burke Harris and son ,Curtis Concannon.

Mark Banker

Mark Banker

M.D. - General Surgeon

Mark Banker, M.D. completed his general surgery residency training at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, TX. In June 2016. He joined Beloit Medical Center as a practicing general surgeon in September of 2016. He grew up in Salina, Ks. and graduated from Salina South High school in 2003. He attended Kansas State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2007. He was then accepted at the University of Kansas school of Medicine in Kansas City, graduating in 2011. Dr. Banker has received a broad spectrum of surgical training during his residency and will be providing a wide variety of surgical procedures to the Beloit and surrounding areas.

Dr. Mark Banker is married to Dr. Mariah Crumbaker. The two met in medical school and were married after graduating medical school in 2011. They have been living in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area for the last 5 years completing their residency training.

Mark and Mariah and their new son, Eli August are all happy to return home and have the privilege of serving the people of north central Kansas.

Mariah Crumbaker, M.D. (Banker) is a Family Practice Physician with a focus on obstetrics and women’s health. Dr. Crumbaker grew up on the Crumbaker hog farm south of Beloit.  Her parents are David and Rebecca Crumbaker.  As a child she was always interested in biology and medicine. She graduated from Bethany College in Lindsborg, Ks. in 2007 with a Biology degree and then attended the University of Kansas Medical School from 2007-2011. Dr. Crumbaker went to residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Tx. She chose this program as it provided 4 years of family medicine training with the last two years having an emphasis on obstetrics and women’s health.  She will be joining Beloit Medical Center staff on November 1, 2016. She will bring a broad spectrum of family medicine caring for the young to the elderly encompassing additional skills such as comprehensive obstetrical care, including cesareans, obstetrical ultrasound and a variety of women’s health procedures. For the last year, she has been faculty at her residency while her husband finished his 5th year of residency.

Dr. Mariah Crumbaker is married to Dr. Mark Banker. The two met in medical school and were married after graduating medical school in 2011. They have been living in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area for the last 5 years completing their residency training.

Carl L. Fugate, M.D. graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 1984. He then completed his residency in Family Practice at St. Joseph Medical Center, Wichita, Ks. in 1987.

Dr. Fugate joined the staff of Beloit Medical Center, P.A.(BMC) on July 1, 1987. He is a member of the Kansas Medical Society and the Christian Medical & Dental Association Dr. Fugate resides in Beloit with his wife Mary. He has three grown sons, Joe, Ben and Josh.

Kris G. Kimple, M.D. attended the University of Kansas School of Medicine, graduating in 1989. He completed his Family Practice Residency at St. Joseph Medical Center, Wichita, Ks. in 1992.

Dr. Kimple joined the staff of the Beloit Medical Center, P.A. in 1992. He is board certified in Family Practice. He is a member of the Kansas Medical Society, the American Medical Association and a Fellow in the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Kimple and his wife Melinda have three grown children: Jessica, Daniel and Travis.

D.O. - Family Practice

Christine M. Marozas, D.O. received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of Health Science College of Osteopathic Medicine, Kansas City, Mo. in May of 1995. She completed her internship at Park Lane Medical Center, Kansas City, Mo. in June 1996.

Dr. Marozas completed her residency in Family Practice at the University of Kansas Medical Center-Olathe Track in June 1999. Dr. Marozas joined the staff of Beloit Medical Center, P.A. in 2001. She is board certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Practice. She is a member of the Kansas Medical Society, American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, American College of Osteopathic Family Practitioners and the American Osteopathic Association. Her special interests include obstetrics and pediatrics.

Dr. Marozas and her husband, Kevin have three children: Olivia, Noah and Grace.

Jason A. Cheney, M.D. graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Kansas City in 2005. He completed his Family Practice Residency through Via Christi in Wichita, Ks. in 2008.

Dr. Cheney joined the staff of Beloit Medical Center, P.A. in 2008. He is board certified through the American Board of Family Practice. He is a member of the Kansas Medical Society and the American Medical Association. His special interests include obstetrics and pediatrics.

He has three sons, Jackson, Luke and Cain.
